My name is Giuseppe Mauro Panzani. 

I live in Milan, the city of fashion and design. 

I am a self-taught photographer.

 Natural and urban landscapes are the main subjects of my art. 

"Places of the soul",  is the collection featuring my region and the neighboring ones. 

Aside from traditional photography, I mastered hybrid techniques such as blending acrylic painting with printed photography. 

With my art I try to coat the digital image with the charm of painting. 

I mostly prefer "low key" or night photography, pursuing an aesthetics that only the mind and heart can shape. 

Photography for me, has an almost therapeutic purpose. 

I seek the harmony of forms, the balance of composition, entering the scene almost on tiptoe, so as not to be too invasive.

This website is mainly dedicated to the city of Venice, for reasons of the heart. 

Its existence, balanced between magnificence and the struggle for survival, is the beacon of my art. 

Venetian Red is its typical color: a warm and luminous pigmentation, slightly darker than scarlet. It is the color of its roofs, the one that recalls the great painters of the past.
